Good morning!

I am currently setting up project online 2013. The client has a company and is divided into services. For example: Sales Service, Banking Service, Customer Service.
Each service manages its own PMO and wants to be handled all the projects in PWA and that the PM that belongs to Sales Service can not see the projects of Banking Service.

Hello,

If at some point you want to be able to make reporting on all the projects at the same time, then it will be easier to have only one instance. On the other hand, if you have 3 very different needs in term of set up (e.g. different custom fields, or templates) then it might be interesting to have 3 instances.

My recommendation, have a single instance, define the 3 services in the RBS and create the necessary groups/categories so that a user that belong to one service cannot see anything from other services.
