Hello i have integrated Bing API with my application.

When ever i do some search i get repsonses from Bing API.

But the issue is the display urls given by Bing API are either or shortened or truncated, which when clicked does not open the page and says page not found.

I think the field you're looking for is 'url', not 'displayUrl'.  DisplayUrl contains HTML markup (it corresponds to the green text under the blue link in a Bing search.)
