您可以从Projects更新 - > "管理Nuget包.."。选择"Xamarin表格"在已安装的标签页中，然后点击"更新"按钮右侧按钮。

You can update from Projects -> "Manage Nuget Packages..". Select "Xamarin Form" in installed tab, and click on "Update" button on right side.

This forum is for WPF related question. For xamarin question it would be better you post on Xamarin Form where xamarin experts can help you.
