 I have bought a laptop in Spain, and I want to change the display language of windows 8 to English

I went into the  control panel to languages to change it.

It said that English is available for download and installation.

the download works okay, but the installation is incomplete (I disabled my firewall during the process)

Any suggestions out there how to fix it ?
