I would like to add a new menu, not menu item to one of the existing menu.  Meaning, I want to add a new category to existing list of File, Meet Now, Tools and Help.  I want to add the fifth one called "Custom App Actions".  So I can add all my custom commands to that category.  The registry values option is only allowing me to add to existing menu categories, but not a new category all together.
