I installed Kinect for windows and just run Kinect v2 Configuration Verifier.

My PC has:

Intel Core i5-4440; Processor Speed 3.1 GHz; RAM 10 GB DDR3;Windows 8.1; Integrated Intel HD Graphics; 4 - USB 3.0 Ports (2 Front & 2 Rear) 2 - USB 2.0 Ports (2 Rear);  ; Available PCI Slots 2 PCI-E x1 (Available); 1 PCI-E x16 (Available); 

I don't know what to do.Please help.

Try running the SDK samples. If they don't work, you could buy a new USB 3.0 card. Take a look at this post.
