i have created a new database in oracle. before that i could easily work on the database using username provided as "scott" and password as "tiger". i have not changed its password ever . then too i am not able to login to write my queries in any of the database. please help me to resolve this problem. i m new to this Oracle. so make me clear about this problem. try to login from the same pc the database installed in
by using Sql plus

sql> connect / as sysdba
