When I'm try to sync my outlook .pst & .ost files and outlook is open, SyncToy is unable to make a echo to a network drive, there is a way to do that without closing Outlook???

I am sorry, you could not achieve this without closing outlook, as SyncToy does not suppor to sync files which is using by other process/program.
