I have got the request from my organization to block recipients to 3 for a user. When I do add more than 3 recipients in TO: i'm able to achieve my results. But If the user send a mail to DL (more that 200 users in it) he is able to send. can anyone help me on this?

you can achieve your goal by restricting users to send an email to a distribution group. here are the steps to do so

1。开放式交易所管理控制台

1. Open exchange management console

Navigate to distribution group --> properties --> Mail Flow Setting --> Message Delivery Restrictions --> Properties --> Accept Messages from and modify the only users that can send messages to distribution group or who have the right to send an email to distribution group (HR, top management etc)
