I'm on a dating site, where a chat window pops up(when someone is trying to contact me), but then quickly disappears (within a second).  This occurs after I've had the main internet explorer window open for about two to three minutes.  I want it to stay open permanently, and if it pops up within the first two minutes, it stays open.  After the two to three minutes, it disappears after a second.  I have installed the new flash player version, and restarted the computer.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?  Any help you can give would be appreciated.
