I Have a .wim image that I doubt was syspreped and do not have the original machine to sysprep again. Instead I have a non syspreped wim copy that will not boot on new hardware. Is there anyway to sysprep the .wim file without the original machine?

Actually I don't understand what's your description. If you deploy the wim file with the different machines (example: wim is for Intel but machine is AMD), it is obvious that it can't run on new hardware.
