I am creating an org chart with 250 employees, and 5 display fields per employee. Thus, I am using the wizard to get started, instead of manually creating each box, and typing in the data.

My problem is that I want to make the following changes to the entire org chart: I do not want pictures, I want to change the shape from the default "Belt" shape, and I want to increase the font size.

If you are creating the Org Chart from Exchange server directory, we can do the following setting in wizard to import the employees in one page:

When using the organization chart wizard there is an option of whether having all of the organization in one big page, or split them across pages as shown below, select "I want to specify how much of my organization to display on each page":
