     I am new to Bing Ads API. I read the blogs, for making any API call of Bing Ads we need a developer token.

But is there any way that I can just simply give username and password of Bing Ad account and pull the data.

Actually, I am going to create a generic application which needs to pull the data if we give the username and password of Bing Ads.

Please help me in this.

Yes a DeveloperToken is required for Bing Ads API access. You will want to request a multi-user developer token to allow multiple users access via your application. This is the tool provider model. For information on requesting a developer token, see Getting Started With the Bing Ads API.
