i installed a new clean copy of the 32 bit developers system but it would not not activate as it saye due to a security fault in the system.what must i do to resole this issue.

Could you possibly press Windows key, press WindowsKey+C and type event, then start the Event Viewer and look up what you have in your System and Application logs? What kind of security error do you get?

Could it be this problem: Activation fails when you try to activate Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2 over the Internet?
