I'm trying to create a custom activity that will allow the designer to specify an ad-hoc collection of key-value paris, where the values are bound to other workflow properties. I've seen a number of references to a sample class named DynamicPropertiesActivity written by a former MSFT staffer named Ghenadie Plingau (ghenap) that seems very similar.
