I'm building a custom image from the steps at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/iot/iot-core-manufacturing-guide, for a Raspberry Pi.  Everything works fine except I'm unable to get a screen resolution above 640x480.

Using a test image I can navigate to the admin portal, but there is only "640x480 (64 Hz)" listed under Device Settings -> Display Resolution.

I've tried setting multiple values in the Resolutions element in TestOEMInput.xml, but they don't seem to work.  Is there a driver or feature I need to enable?  It works great for my display when I use the default Microsoft provided images.
