since a few day, the question about Lync and Skype is bugging me.

We want to have the possibility to have our Skype contacts in our Lync List so we can chat with them.

Is thaqt somehow possible?

There have been no announcements about this from Microsoft but my guess ( and I emphasize GUESS) is that Microsoft will create a gateway on the Skype side that will allow Federation between Skype and Lync in much the same way that they do with AOL, MSN/Live, and Yahoo.
