I did have some mild issues when misrcosoft decided I needed to upgrade to 8.1. possible cause?
No, shouldn't be any issue except verify the folder you're running from. Sometimes Win 8.1 upgrade makes a sub folder and places the projectfiles in that folder. Make sure the VGB database files/folder is copied to that executing directory.
