Hi,

we received hundreds of 837 claim files in BizTalk 2009 receive location. we are getting time out message ("Timeout expired.  The timeout period
elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding..")

we are getting TA1 and 837 messages into message box, where as 997 are not getting published and this 997 message is in active state in receive pipeline.

Any help is greatly appreciated on how to resolve this issue.

Please try to share the information to the questions posted below.

Does this happen only for the 997 messages?? Others messages are getting processsed correctly?? What do you mean by 997 messages are not getting published??does that mean yourpipelinethrows a exception??

If so then I believe there has to be some warning or error logged into the event log or the exception handling framwework that you might have applied in your code.

Please check theevent log and the error logs and share the error with us then we can help you further
