I added the SQLRP as per the post on the website. I didn't see any errors and under all resources I see SQL Server Databases and SQL Hosting Server items. If I click New I have the SQL Server Database wizard under the Data and Storage node. I can step through the wizard steps, however I don't have any SQL servers available (there is an SQLVM). When I complete the details to add a new server the deployment fails. Digging into the error through ARM reveals:
