Hi, is it possible to run a report that will tell me the version name of the project site template used to create project sites? I need to know which projects used which version of the template.

Unfortunately if you update the site template, save it with a new name and update the EPT, there is no track in the Project Server Reporting DB on the site Template used at the project creation. The project is only related to the EPT UID.

A workaround would be to have a custom list in the template with the version history. Then you could create a report linking the project with the site and the more recent version list item.
