How to create fixed headers and Fixed footers in asp.net Gridview

on my webpage i have gridview with large amount of data in it.
Instead of paging, my requirement is to Scroll the data using scrollbar.

so, i need fixed headers and fixed footers.

Please can you help me how to do this.
