Is there a version of Application Compatibility toolkit which helps in identifying compatibility issues in server 2008?

I have a situation where I don't have the media for some of the applications which are currently running in Windows server 2003. Is there any tool which can be run in server 2003 and identify the compatibility issues which the applications might encounter in server 2008?

I think you can try this toolkit which is for vista, it may work

Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit 5.0
