我在项目发布步骤中遇到问题，总是失败，如下面的MS项目专业快照和WEB应用程序

i have a problem in project publishing step that is always fail as in below snap shot from the MS project profession and the WEB App

我搜索了多个讨论，但没有有效的解决方案，友好支持，因为所有项目在发布时都会产生相同的错误，现在没有任何项目想要发布。

I searched for multiple discussion but no effective solution, kindly support as all projects give the same error while publishing and no any project want to be published now.
