I use Expression web version 4.013  and I am building a video suite with one Master page - http://www.sales-getters.com/sales-training-videos.html that has lots of sub pages.  So when it is time to add a "linked to" page I open a previous page to edit and Save As a new page.

Before you go any further--the way to do what you want to do in a program like EW is to make a DWT with all the common elements in it and just have EW create a new page for you when you need it. That way, any time you make a change to a common element (menu, footer, masthead, link, etc.) it automatically updates all the other pages and links in the site--your method doesn't, and it's going to be a nightmare to manage.

I also see a lot of code from Word and/or Publisher (all that Mso stuff means nothing to browsers), points and descriptors (x-large, etc.) to size text (Points are for print, not Web, and descriptors are interpreted differently by different browsers. Use ems or % for text.). Inches used for lots of stuff (inches mean nothing to a browser or a monitor). Lots and lots of problems both in display and for search engines. Auto-styles will come to bite you in the future.
