received a call today from one of our clients in regards to MS Project. He provided 4 users with a license key and 3 of the users were able to activate successfully with no problems. Although 1 user ran into a few problems. The affected users MS Project seemed to work really slow and wasn’t responding like the other 3. Our client would like to know what could be the  cause for this?

Could you be a bit more specific on the version of Project and what part in the use went slow? Was the user using Project Online or Microsoft Project Pro. Do the 4 users have exactly the same rights? Are they at the same geographical location?

Are you able to log in and check the PWA settings --> Manage queue jobs? There might be more information there that we can use to trouble shoot.
