At least twice I lost my project, but I can not repro steps as I not sure what I did.  Normally after changing something like adding a field or renaming a table field I think.  Then something gets out of sync.  So restart from fresh, not too bad.  Not just added a field and something else happened and all data lost from DB.  Can still build and run, but data just gone.  Does this happen on a Clean and Rebuild?  Anyone else seeing any similar issues?  I wish I could provide exact detail, but don't really know what I did.  Not messing directly with files, xml or anything.  Just using designer and build, designer and build.  Hope tests find catches these in action.

As a side note.  One tool I highly recommend is DPack VS extention.  Allows you to quicklly and easily backup your solution to a zip file right from VS.  I try to do it offten now.
