As the title described, I want to known what does the idle status mean?

我怎么知道我的电脑是否闲置？我搜索了网络，有人说"空闲"。意味着没有键盘输入和鼠标输入，但我注意到当播放器中正在播放电影时，不会触发空闲触发。 

How can I know whether my computer is idle or not? I searched the network and somebody say "idle" means there is no keyboard input and mouse input, but I noticed that when a movie is playing in the player, the Idle trigger is not triggered.
