Our problem is that we have some utilities from BizTalk 2009 developed in .NET 3.5 C# that used Microsoft.BizTalk.ExplorerOM.BtsCatalogExplorer. For example: enlist Receive Locations, create Receive Locatins, delete RL, create Party, others...

But I noticed that BtsCatalogExplorer is supported ONLY if used for 32-bit processes.
