批量服务 - 已删除的实体没有ID [英] Bulk Service - Deleted Entities do not have an Id

If I use DownloadCampaignsByAccountIds and GetBulkDownloadStatus I can download a file that contains all of my entity data (Account, Campaign, Ad Group, etc). However, entities with a Status of "Deleted" do not have their Id present, which is what would be needed to sync this is a database (datawarehouse in my case).
