I am unable to rename the page title on all pages on a website in Expression Web 4.  After changing the title (right click on the .htm page in folder view/Properties/Title), it just reverts to the original title when you reopen it.

Look in Code View.  Are you using a DWT?  If so, is the <title></title> tag in an Editable region?

If you are not using a DWT, just edit the <title> tag.
