I made changes to a custom form in SharePoint designer and I can see my modified form in my office live business application.  However, when I insert my form module to my public front end I get the old form.  Is there a glitch in the office live application or am I missing  a step?

You can use the custom form to view and modify information in lists on the business application. However, the public Web site doesn't use that custom form. You can use the Form Module to create a form for Web site visitors to use.

So custom form for internal use and Form Module for public use. These will be two different forms.
