I am working on a school project and we are required to use a vision software. We have tested this software and it is very good. But there are a few thing we can not work out by our own.

It's difficult to tell from your description what the problem is.  Could you maybe add more details on the exception?  Also, I would check first that you've provided the proper subscription key.
