Hello Guys, I'm trying to submit my new application in to Windows Phone Store. So when I upload the XAP file, got this error:

"4001: We couldn't find the framework dependency = 'Microsoft.VCLibs.120.00.Phone.Debug' with the specified version in the Store."

My app based on Windows Phone 8.1 and SensorCore SDK also I'm using Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Rentime Package for windows Phone Reference.
