I've just downloaded Visual Studio Ultimate with Blend.

In trying to create a new project, I find NO ability to create a new project-of any type. I can select a path, but that is it.

This version of Blend targets Metro style Windows 8 apps authored in XAML and HTML.  It must be installed on Windows 8 Release Preview.
