To answer your question, the simplest way would be to convert these letters to PDF format and let your potential customers download them from your website to look at (I presume they exist in some sort of electronic format already, whether they are handwritten and/or in paper form and you have scanned them into your computer; or they are emails or Word documents). If you do not have a PDF writing software such as Adobe Acrobat (you need the full version), I suggest you to give the following a try:

It's an online service from adobe to convert basically any type of document to PDF. It has a free trial for 5 documents and then you pay a subscription fee for unlimited conversions per month. Once you have those PDF files, you need to uplaod them to the Document Gallery in Office Live. From the Page Editor, you create hyperlinks to these PDF documents in the Document Gallery so that your visitors wil lbe able to download them.
