We are using prism(silverlight) and have developed a framework to be reused by different teams in our organisation. Having a look at the demos it is really good on how quick users can come and put together their UI's. Is it possible to change the navigation layout that lightswitch offers?

The only way you'll be able to change the default navigation layout is to create a custom shell.
