We have a website which is about 10 years. During the last 2 years, we are actively developing it. We add unique content (about 10 pages per month), and we do not buy any links. Consistently over the past two years we have about 3,000 visitors a day. On December the 8th site positions have plummeted to almost 0 (in Bing and Yahoo, in Google positions didn't change). On December the 15th Bing sent us a letter informing that a virus was found. Again – we care about ranking well in the long-term, we don't buy any links, we avoid spam and low quality content. Hope you can help us please understand what the problem could be and how to solve it (or to share right contacts to follow).
