Hi,

As a freelancer I work for a company who already have a company account on store app.  

Company is ready to register and do payment for another account, so that I can also access and submit app on store.

After Reading about Opening a developer account on http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-in/library/windows/apps/hh868184.aspx

There is a note that reads :  "Note   If someone else has trademarked or copyrighted the name you picked, your account could be closed."

My question is can I  use the same "website" and "publisher display name"  ?   assuming that my company does not have any objection to it.    we just want another account so that we both can work independently without sharing passwords.

Can this be done?  I am sure MS will have no problems, since we are paying for second account.
