i'm using a vba project in excel

i debuged the project step by step and when the program steps into 
the code line: 
Set SessionManager = CreateObject("CrystalEnterprise.SessionMgr")

i get this ugly error: VBA project - 429: ActiveX component can't create object  

i read about this error and tried to repair office in control panel>add/remove or remove programs

i tried to reregister excel using run>excel /regserver

unfurtunately, nothing helped

it could be very helpful if i could first identify the problem that causes this error

then, solve it.. :)
