I work in a server application to handle presence's changes.

When one Office Communicator (MOC) calls another MOC , the presence changes on both to "Busy".

Is there any way to get also  the  "In a Call" information, like it shows on the MOC screens ?      OCS2 or Lync    ?

If you want to publish "in a call" then you need to publish an instance of the "state" category that is the PhoneState.  Take a look at the XSD definitions for OCS 2007 R2 or Lync depending on which one you are using.
