I'm running MEE 4 Pro on Win 2008 R2 server. I have installed some codecs, and rebooted the server, and still can't see new codecs under Compatibility. Any help would be appreciated.

EE4 enumerates only the codecs that it tried to use in the past. If you don't see your codecs listed, it's likely that they were never used within EE4. If you disable any codecs on that list that could be conflicting with the one you are trying to use and try to import the media file again. The codecs will likely get enumerated after that.
