我在azure中有一个与Active Directory组无关的团队服务帐户,因此邀请了"访客"/外部用户。  它有几个以前被邀请的用户可以访问该帐户(他们都有MSDN ID)。

I have a team services account in azure that is not affiliated with an Active Directory group, and so has 'guest' / external users invited.   It has several users previously invited that are able to access the account (they all have MSDN id's).

最近添加了一个新用户。  他创建了新的MSDN ID并成功登录了该ID几次;他还用MSDN验证了他的电子邮件地址。  但是,他从未收到我对团队服务帐户的邀请。

Recently a new user was added.  He created his new MSDN id and has logged onto that id successfully several times; he has also verified his email address with MSDN.  However, he never receives my invitations for the team services account.

I sent the same type of invitation to another MSDN user id that has existed for some time ... it was received with no issues.

Please check your settings fist, whether the external users have to be invited to access the account.

Is there a same account existed in the system?

You can try to remove the user, then add it again to check if it works.
