Hi, I simply do not understand the data your reporting tool shows. We've got an app in Appstore, Google P. and for the past 2-3 months also here.

1.) Cumulative number in chart shows me 3 times higher number then the total number of downloads, which is stated just next to the chart. The same goes for in-app purchases.

2.) Financial summery shows me data for one day only (8/12/2014). No matter what dates and range we pick we still only get this one day displayed. Charts shows that we've have done some sales from day 1 when the app went live. Yet, only thing we get is this one day.

1. Here is a link that describes the App and in-app purchase reports more in-depth. Your Cumulative Downloads should include the total number of downloads since the app was published. If you notice any discrepancies in the reporting, please contact support and we can investigate further for you.
2. When reviewing reporting within the Financial Summary, each individual transaction is time-stamped with the date that your payout was received, not the actual date each transaction occurred. Since the transactions were dated 8/12/2014, that should have been when your payout was received for August, covering sales that occurred prior to the August payout being triggered.
