Please help me out to start the project of Firewall application for internet which any internet User should use user name and password to access the internet in the LAN it is a very large LAN

Your specification is about a campus or internet cafe software. Well, there are already such tools out there, even some for free: http://www.handycafe.com/features.php[^].

By the way: such an application is more complex, than a simple asp.net application. You would need to create many tiers, client and server side services.
