I connected kinect v2 and it work properly for 5 minutes. Then suddenly stop and  Kinect v2 Configuration Verifer shows problems with  USB controller "bandwitch unknow". What is the reason that I cant now connect? I add printscreen from USB device manager. My computer is LENOVO IdeaPad Z710 i7-4702MQ 8GB 1TB GT745M Win8.

Depending on the USB3 chipset, the issue may be a hardware problem where the chipset might have gone into a unknown state? Is the USB3 host controller a Intel or Renesas chipset?
