We edited the config.txt file to rotate the screen at boot so that the display is correct.  This was working great until an OS update rolled out and updated Windows to from 14393.0 to .693.

For some reason the OS upgrade reverts user changes to config.txt.  On restart, the display is upside down and change to the file lost.

Given that it will mess up deployed devices, is there a way to prevent this or append options after an upgrade automatically?  If not, it should be prevented.

这是您自己的图片还是您使用的是Microsoft的图片？ 我的假设是商业化设备也可能由OEM更新，因此他们也会拥有该配置文件内容。

Is this your own image or are you using an image from Microsoft?  My assumption is that a commercialized device would also potentially be updated by the OEM so they would own that config file contents as well.
