I keep getting an error message when I try to reserve a new app name: "We weren't able to reserve this new app name". I get this message for all names I try to register. Why is this?

Is it possible that all those names are already taken/registered by other people? I'd imagine that people have already registered lots of names that they think would be interesting for them to use in the future.
