I am trying to deploy for testing a 3-tier LS app developed using Beta 2 to a Windows Server 2003 running IIS6 and SQL Server on a remote 2003 server.  Can you confirm Beta 2 supports Server 2003/IIS6?

Yes, Beta will publish apps to IIS6/2003.  However, it may not set the following properties correctly

- 身份验证设置

Also, our WPI feed consumes another component that installs SQL Express on your IIS server.  We don't need it to be there, but if you use our WPI feed it is installed and there's no way to opt-out of installing it.  But if you have  a real SQL server somewhere else, we don't need it for published apps.  I beleive you can safely uninstall it.
