Trying to upgrade to Vista Home Prem from XP (32 bit) with purchased disk but get "Upgrade disabled" and "Rename or remove C:/Users before upgrading". I would sure rather upgrade than make clean install but don't know how to Rename or remove Users. Just deleting all but one user did not suffice. Don't know if it makes any diff but I successfully loaded the upgrade about 1 1/2 years ago but when I had to replace and format hard drive I reverted back to XP.

You cannot select the Upgrade option when you try to install Windows Vista, and you receive the following message: "You must rename or remove <FolderName> before upgrade can continue"
